아동 안전 표준

1. 원칙

기웃기웃은 같은 아파트 단지 이웃끼리 동네 맛집 정보를 나누는 서비스입니다. 아동·청소년 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE), 아동 성착취물(CSAM)은 어떤 형태로도 허용하지 않습니다. 서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있으며, 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

2. 금지하는 것

• 아동·청소년을 성적으로 묘사하거나 이용하는 사진·글·링크
• 아동·청소년에게 성적으로 접근하거나 만남을 유인하는 행위(그루밍)
• 아동·청소년의 신체나 개인정보를 노출하는 사진·글
• 위와 같은 내용을 퍼 나르거나 거래·홍보하는 행위

서비스에서 올릴 수 있는 것은 리뷰 글, 리뷰에 직접 고른 사진 1장, 모임 글로 제한되며, 개인 메시지나 외부 링크 공유 기능은 없습니다.

3. 신고하는 방법

• 앱에서 부적절한 리뷰·모임 글 옆의 깃발(신고) 버튼으로 바로 신고할 수 있고, 그 이웃을 차단할 수 있습니다. 신고한 사람은 상대에게 알려지지 않습니다.
• 앱을 쓸 수 없거나 급한 경우 hello@kiwoot.com 으로 알려 주세요(메일 제목: "아동 안전 신고").

4. 우리가 하는 일

• 신고된 콘텐츠는 운영자가 직접 확인합니다. 같은 글이 여러 이웃에게 신고되면 검토가 끝날 때까지 다른 이웃에게 잠시 보이지 않게 합니다(위반 판정이 아니라 검토 전 노출 제한입니다).
• 아동 성착취물 또는 이와 관련된 정황을 확인하면 해당 콘텐츠를 지체 없이 삭제하고, 작성한 계정의 서비스 이용을 제한하며, 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관 등 관계 당국에 신고합니다.
• 당국의 정당한 요청이 있으면 법이 허용하는 범위에서 협조합니다.
• 이 표준과 처리 절차는 서비스가 바뀔 때마다 점검하고, 바뀌면 이 페이지에 알립니다.

Child Safety Standards (English)

Kiwoot is a neighborhood app where residents of the same apartment complex share local restaurant information. We do not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. The app is for people aged 14 and over and is not directed at children.

Prohibited: sexualized depictions of minors; grooming or luring minors; posts that expose a minor's body or personal information; sharing, trading or promoting such content. The app only lets users post review text, one photo they choose per review, and meetup posts; it has no private messaging or external link sharing.

Reporting: use the flag button next to any review or meetup post in the app, and block the neighbor if needed; or email hello@kiwoot.com with the subject "Child safety report".

What we do: reported content is reviewed by an operator (content reported by multiple neighbors is hidden from others until reviewed). If we find CSAM or related signs, we remove it without delay, restrict the account, and report it to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
