앱에서 바로 삭제하기
- 기웃기웃 앱을 열고 아래 내 정보 탭으로 가요.
- 맨 아래 계정 삭제를 눌러요.
- 안내를 읽고 삭제를 누른 뒤, 본인 확인을 위해 구글 로그인을 한 번 더 해요.
앱을 쓸 수 없다면
privacy@kiwoot.com 으로 가입한 구글 이메일을 적어 "계정 삭제 요청"을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 지우고 답장드려요.
지워지는 것
- 로그인 계정, 닉네임·동, 가입한 단지
- 내가 쓴 리뷰, 먹어봤어요(추천·태그), 내가 연 모임, 모임 참여 기록
- 저장한 곳, 방문 도장, 배지, 차단 목록
남는 것
- 내가 등록한 가게 정보(이름·종류·위치): 이웃들이 함께 쓰는 정보라서 남고, 등록한 사람은 "탈퇴한 이웃"으로 바뀌어요.
- 내가 만든 단지의 이름과 위치: 다른 주민이 쓰는 정보라서 남아요 (누가 만들었는지는 다른 사람에게 보이지 않아요).
- 신고 기록: 처리 후 최대 1년 보관 후 지워요.
Delete your Kiwoot account (English)
In the app: open Kiwoot → My tab → Delete account → confirm and sign in with Google once more.
Without the app: email privacy@kiwoot.com from (or mentioning) the Google email you signed up with. We'll delete your data within 7 days.
Deleted: login account, nickname, building, complex membership, your reviews, "ate here" entries, meetups you host, participation, saved places, visit stamps, badges and block list. Kept: places you added (shown as "Former neighbor") and complex names/locations used by other residents; reports are kept up to one year after handling.
